Argus, Tremont settle Madoff insurance suits
Argus Group Holdings Ltd and Tremont International Insurance Ltd have reached a settlement with buyers and holders of life insurance and annuity policies lost in the Bernard Madoff fraud, according to court documents on Tuesday.
