Blue Bell PA insurance industry firm sold
Health plan underwriter Montgomery Management Corp. has been sold for an undisclosed price. The Blue Bell, Pa.-based company will retain its name and continue to operate independently with its core management team in place, according to new owner Companion Life Insurance Co. of Columbia, S.C.
