A.M. Best Downgrades Ratings of ING's U.S. Life Insurance Entities; Revises Outlook to Negative
A.M. Best Co. has downgraded the financial strength rating (FSR) to A (Excellent) from A+ (Superior) and issuer credit ratings (ICR) to "a+" from "aa-" for the key life insurance entities of ING Groep N.V.'s (ING) ING Groep NV, U.S. operations, ING USA (Atlanta, GA).
