Sun Life unit racks up $1B in variable annuity sales
The U.S. division of Sun Life Financial Inc., which is based in Wellesley, Mass., said third-quarter variable annuity sales totaled $1.08 billion, a 30.4 percent increase from the previous three months... Sun Life’s U.S. division said it captured 3.5 percent market share in the quarter as other insurers scale back their variable annuity operations...
